Shangmi has more than 150 sets CNC machines, include vertical, horizontal, 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis, T5, T6, V8, 850 ect., can acheive customer different product requirements. Many practical processes like grinding, milling, turning, trimming, drilling, deburring, tapping, threading, sand blasting, polishing, vibratory finishing, pressure testing, ultrasonic cleaning, surface finishing and assembly. We can produce OEM&ODM parts as per clients’ mechanical drawings, various materials are accepted- Aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, carbon steel and engineering plastics.

Our surface finishing workshop can do different process, like anodize, hard anodized, polished, painting, powder coat, black coating, chrome plated, electroplate, chem film, conversion coating, passivation, galvanized, tinned, sandblasted, brushed, silk screen, pad print, laser engraved.

Shangmi has 12 engineers on R&D department, they have more than 10 years experience of engineering design. We independent research, design and produce brand product (Somir). We are able to redesign, provide technical support and processing solution based on your design drawing. Also, we can make a design drawing according to your sample.

Shangmi was founded in 2014, certified ISO 9001:2015/ 14001:2015. At early stage, we mainly produced mobile phone accessories, camera kit, consumer electronics hardware and other CNC machined Aluminum spare parts.

In 2018, we set up Search & Development Department and entered security smart product market, like intelligent door lock and facial detection device.

In 2021, we expand to 2 factories and purchased Janpanese CNC machines to improve production precision capacity and achieve customers' product demand.

Now these parts what we produced are widely used in various industries, like drone UAV, Robotic, new energy resources, vehicle, motorcycle, ebike, medical device, industrial automation, mechanical engineering.
